Integrity and Mutual Trust
The relationship between consultant and client might be able to survive without integrity and trust but it will never thrive and it will not deliver long term benefits to either party. The vast majority of individuals and organisations would say that integrity and trust are important to them. The difference with atradia is that these principles are at the heart of our philosophy, they form the bedrock of our relationships with clients.

Pragmatism and Common Sense

Many solutions can be explained in complex and sophisticated terms but this often obscures understanding. Our approach at atradia is to break problems and opportunities down into straight forward elements and to describe them in plain English. In essence we look for the simplest way to do something without compromising the end result.

Short Term Projects but Long Term Relationships

As consultants we are by definition a temporary resource. You bring us in for a specific task, normally with a clear timescale. We should never be a permanent presence. However, being involved with short, clearly defined projects does not preclude long term relationships with our clients. While atradia welcomes once off contracts we consciously seek out strong long term and mutually beneficial relationships with client organisations and, as importantly, the individuals within those organisations.
